DonorAtlas vs Your CRM (Blackbaud, Salesforce, NGP VAN, EveryAction)

DonorAtlas is not a replacement for your CRM–in fact, nearly all of our users use DonorAtlas alongside Salesforce, Blackbaud, NGP VAN, EveryAction, or another donor database.

Your CRM should be where you store information on your interactions with donors and prospects (meetings held, emails sent, tasks to follow up on, etc). DonorAtlas should be where you research donors and gain valuable information about them.

DonorAtlas can also work in concert with your CRM.

You can take data from DonorAtlas and export it into a csv, which is designed to be easily uploaded into any CRM:
